Ads situation in he Windows platform

Hi,

I would like to share info, thoughts, and tricks about the current situation of ads monetization on Windows:

VIDEO ADS
- Vungle: Great CPM, low fill rate (they are very much focused on tier 1 countries)
- Microsoft Video Ads. I haven't tried these yet, any info about average CPM and fill rates?

INTERSTITIAL ADS
- Admob: extremely poor CPM, not available on WP8.1, not an option for me.
- Adduplex: They pay zero, so it may be an option to cover the fillrate.
- Ad2games: This is just for PC, but they pay great CPI or CPA.

BANNERS
- Adduplex: They pay zero, so it may be an option to cover the fillrate.
- Microsoft Ads. I haven't tried these yet, any info about average CPM and fill rates?

Am I missing any important ad network here?
