Will you be a good choice to buy Nokia Lumia 1520 or should I wait for 830?

They aren't exactly comparable in that the 1520 is still king of the hill in features and stuff.

The 830 is lower end and is placed in the middle, as opposed to the 1520 which is at the top.

Take a look at the devices, see what you value, taking price where you are into account.
