You would be best advised joining this forum so that you can give some more info on the problem.
Some questions for you, are you running WP8.1 or have you updated to one of the Win10 mobile preview builds?
How did you hard reset your device?
What are your 'important' apps that are crashing?
Are all apps crashing?
