After Factor Reset phone will not find updates.

Phone will not find updates 1020 after factory reset here is what I did.

1. Removed phone from windowsphone.com
2. Did a factory reset on phone
3. Told it to do a new phone from scratch not restore backup
4. Went through all the setup screens reconnected to MS account
5. Phone was reset up on windowsphone.com

It will not find updates of any type and there should be a bunch of them.

Wifi works
APN works (internet etc)

Tried all the pinning and unpinning of the store, cleaning IE history and resetting.

Nothing seems to work update wise.

Any clues?

give it for 24 hours or unpin your store tile from start screen & then soft reset and again pin your tile on start screen , you will get update in 1-2 hours if your internet is working. I know you have done all , so be patient,,

Check if your date and time is correct and current, that happened to me, and the culprit is the date was reset to Feb 2013

Nokia does not list any support numbers on their site who can I call for support?

The phone is unlocked and I am using tmobile so calling AT&T is out of the question.

The lumina system updater got me current on system updates. It was the nokia ones that was not telling me they needed updated, however; the app did the trick.

I will say that after the hard factory reset the battery life is much better with everything loaded.
