after updating to windows 10 i cannot shut down my computer

Hi I have no idea where you are. Your thread says you can not shut down your computer?? How are you trying to shut down your computer??:wink: What make and model? What are you trying to do in system devices?
Pull the power plug.:wink:
Start your computer and follow the POST, when Windows should begin loading, press the power button to shutdown your computer.
