my lumia 1520 battery drains so fast that when my phone fully charged and unplug it. in just 5 minutes. it became 99%. i didnt use mobile data, wifi, bluetooth, or even the location. what should i do? please help. thanks =)

Soft reset might do the trick or do the following make ur brightness low and turn of those vibrations of touch keys,make ur touch sensitivity to normal that's is man or ask other L1520 users

I did that. Nothing change still drains my battery, that's why i posted it here. Wish someone could help me. Thanks for the answer bro.

Did you check the battery saver to see which app uses the most juice.
Do you have a website pinned to your start screen which constant"updates*.

I've only had that issue while playing candy crush and when my email would not stop trying to sync. To test if its background/data, try turning airplane mode on and leave Bluetooth, location on. If it doesn't drain, it's data driven, if it drains you have a bad battery or something else in the OS.

Well as a matter of fact L920 has the same problem too it drains automatically like u said , I think it might be a factory defect for all L1520 ,maybe ask some who has a L1520

I turn it on. After 6 mins. It drains 3%.

Turn it on with what activated? You need to provide clarity so we can help. Is data off? Is Bluetooth turned on along with location services? Did you make sure lte and wifi are off?

Yes. Bluetooth, location are on. My place dont have lte yet. Wifi off. When i install some battery apps it notifies me that my phone drains 5% in 19 minutes.

So all data 2g/3g/4g and Wi-Fi is off and it drains how much after a reboot?

didn't try to reboot yet. i'm charging my phone right now. using PC now.
