After Upgrading from Win 8.1 to Win 10 if I reset my phone will it run Win 10 or 8.1 ?

I need to Factory reset my Windows Lumia Phone so need to to know whether the Win 10 will be replaced by Win 8.1 or the Win 10 will continue after reset?

An hard reset will reinstall the last downloaded build, so Win10.
If you want to revert back to WIn8, you must plug your pc and use Windows Device Recovery Tool
