After upgrading to windows 10, my desktop continually flashes

Using Panasonic monitor which worked perfectly before upgrade

Flashing is most likely caused by a bad graphics driver. Determine what graphics chip/card your computer uses and locate the appropriate Windows 10 driver from that manufacturer.
