agenda & mail app don't open anymore

My agenda & mail app don't open anymore on my lumia 930 with windows phone 10. Soft reset does not help. Read that one can reset an app but cannot find how. There is an Outlook app in the store but is already installed it says, removiing not possible. Any idea what to do?

There was an update to Outlook Mail and Calendar apps last night (7-Nov-2018). Since that update many people are having a problem with the Mail and Calendar apps not launching.

I hve the same problem. I put my sim back in my lumia 830 and couldn't open neither the mail or calendar app. The calender tile shows the actual date but my mail tile doesn't update at all.

Something I noticed in that thread is the comment about the store. I updated mine and noticed the same thing. The top of the app doesn't fit properly in display. But I now can scroll sideways in the app suggestions which I couldn't before.

Just installed the latest update ver: 16006.11001.20100.0.
Both Mail and Calendar apps are working again.

The latest update fixed the problem on my L-735.

Mine updated to 16006.11001.20083.0 and didn't work. Tried to open the apps today and still didn't work but got email notifications working. Just updated to version 16006.11001.20100.0 and all is good!
