Alarm feature seems quieter than it should?

Is the alarm on anyone's phone extra quiet? I've got my volume set to 20 and when the alarm goes off it sounds like it's at 5. Music, text messages and phone calls all sound a lot lounder than the alarm.

I've got a Samsung Focus and I'd like to use it as an alarm clock. I just need it to be loud enough to wake me up!

Try a different alarm "tone" or whatever. Some seem louder or more "piercing" than others. I don't like to be jarred awake, so have my volume set at 10 so it's not too loud (for my taste)

It starts off low and gets louder after a few cycles. If you test it out and just leave it for a while you will start to notice the volume going up.

I wish I could change the time limit for snooze though.
