Album Arts Not Displaying.

So I updated the Xbox Music to the latest version (ver 2.6.414.0) which supposedly fixes album art issues for local tracks (Music on Windows Phone 8.1 Update Now Available | 12/1/14 ? Xbox Music Suggestion Box) but it doesn't appear to be so. Some of my local tracks with album arts (which I can view on my PC) still don't show up on the app.

I'm not sure what's going on with your tracks, but Tag Editor might help.

You might also want to try syncing your phone again, if you haven't post-update.
