Almost all of my items under Menu on My Windows 535 Lumia phone won't open.

When I tap the Calendar icon on the Menu screen, the screen goes blank and the only the Menu reappears without opening the calendar. hat can I doe to rectify the matter? I also found that there are other icons that does the same. Is it a bug?
