Amazon have officially announced that via their underground app store android users can download freemium & paid apps for free - all apps & in app purchases - due to Amazon coming to a deal with the app developers where Amazon pay them an amount based on how often you use the app. Also if you have one of the Kindle Fires you can also download some of your previous purchases made on that device.
