Amber Update for MetroPCS Lumia 521?

I can't seem to find the new Amber update for the Lumia. I am on MetroPCS, but should I download the rom instead? I'm not sure considering that the rom is for T-mobile I think. Thank you.

If you product code is this 059T039 with NCS is shows that is available..So you can download the rom and flash with NCS..

Strange that update is available for you, yet gdr2/amber was pulled for the T-Mobile 521.

No I worded it wrong xP, It's not available at all for me. It says I'm updated, but I'm on firmware 1030.6409.1316.0022

Well maybe not OTA yet, I just manually checked with NCS on PC and it says 3046.0000.1328.2025 which is gdr2/amber.

What is your product code, underneath your battery.

this is strange to me as well
I purchased 1 metopcs lumia 521 for my niece and it needed to update to gdr2 and after it did not say it had Amber I thought that was strange. so the following week I ordered another for my mother inlaw and hers came with GDR2 and it showed as having amber ?
I'm not sure why the first phone does not have the amber update ...
