An idea with messaging hub

Hey guys, I just have an idea that I have been thinking about for awhile on my own and I don't know if anybody else has thought of this already (I really really mean this, I hope to God nobody has or else I'll look like a liar now -_-). But, like many others out there, I absolutely love the idea of having fb chat with windows phone, or messenger. I find it absolutely brilliant (besides the fact that offline chats for me can be a hit or miss). What has always baffled me, though, was how they cannot simply upload all your previous chat with that person for fb! I see windows phone using swipe gestures towards left and right often, and to me I thought, hey , for the contact you have, why don't you simply swipe towards the left and get messenger, and swipe again you have fb chat WITH ALL YOUR CHAT HISTORY ON IT! Therefore you are not second guessing WTH is going on when they are talking to you because you connected after they started a convo with you on fb. That's just my opinion though, what do you guys think?

Oh and btw, when I say swipe to the left, I mean in the actual text messaging center itself, where you have the contacts name on top and you are ready to write out your message just so we're on the right page here
