Many months ago at The Game Awards 2018, Assassin's Creed creator Patrice Désilets showcased his next project called Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. The title is supposed to give you a glimpse into the lives of our genetic ancestors like chimpanzee-like creatures and other apes millions of years ago. What makes Ancestors unique is that it doesn't appear to have any voice acting or other means of storytelling. The plot — which also spans millions of years — is entirely showcased through its visuals.
