Hum funny thing, my Nokia Lumia 635 with 512MB of Ram got the anniversary update, I'm not even kidding!!!!!! I'm as surprised as you could be too!!!

ALL 635 got that, 1 GB and 512 MB got same HW sign it seems so update skip Ram checking process
