announcing incoming callers name

I have a Nokia 520 and cannot find the function allowing the announcing of the incoming caller's name. I went to Settings, ease of access but the required function is not displayed. Can someone please tell me where to find this function. If it is not available. may it be considered for inclusion in a future update?

if i remember correctly, this function one works when you have a BT headset or headphones plugged in. Im not sure, but i think thats where it is..
