Another problem with HTC 8x soft surface on coners

It seems that black corners its not so bad. The soft surface on corners start flaking on my phone. I'm using it just 1-2 months

Haven't had this problem on mine. It's about 7 weeks old. What's your hardware revision? 0002 here. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Just curious, but have you tried removing more of the soft touch? If you can get it all gone you'd have one slick phone free from obvious defects and no worries of tainting black!

My Black 8x is doing the same thing on one corner, and around the USB port. I'm debating on whether I actually care enough to do something about it.

I'm also actually very interested in this as well. I want to try it out myself if only I knew for sure that it'd look good.
