Any app which can read books (epub etc) aloud?

I've been trying to find a way to get my Surface RT to read books aloud, but so far failed.. Anyone who can point me to an app w this function built in, or a method to use Narrator inside apps such as Freda?

Thank you for the reply, but Audible plays audiobooks, purchased from their in app store :wink: - I meant a text to speech system : synthesized human voice reading txt/epub/pdf etc, much like the Narrator system does with windows rt os etc

Is it even available for Windows RT?

Coffee Reader is not available for RT. The Overdrive app (if you have a library card) allows you to check out audible books for free and will read them aloud. Works very well and the library selection is quite extensive so you shouldn't have a problem locating your nearest branch.

My app Share to Speech does that. Lite edition is free and reading one book at a time is free and always will be.

Also there is a WP version of the app.

What about when i need the same on finnish (suomi)? Found many ways of doing it on English. None in Finnish though. (in English adobe reader, phone's own speech synthesizer,
