Any ETA on when OEM WP 8.1 devices in the U.S?

Noticed that lumias are currently availalbe, so im curious when OEMS are going to be able to start selling their phones in the U.S? I know "July" seem to be the most notable date. But No OEMs have any confirmed dates that im aware of.

So many other OEM's haven't announced plans for WP 8.1 devices and some of the ones that have (Micromax, Blu) are not really in demand here. We will have to see.

So far micromax has the best specs of of the budget smartphones, and the BLU phones have the look. also there are more OEMS annoucing new windows 8.1 devices then even known manufactures. So atm they are our best bet. Though not here for the nokia vs the world convo. Just wanted to know if any one had caught any possible release dates.
