Any good third party Skype apps?

Hey guys! Recently I've been using(or at least tried to) Skype on my 512mb 8S. I don't know how the app performs on your devices but it's really really laggy on my 8s. Now, as I wanna use Skype contacts to chat with, and I can't use the official Skype app, ate there any third party apps for it? Thanks a bunch guys!

I think you can use the IM+ app for Skype chat, but it can't do video/voice calls, only IM
