Any 1 get photos app crash on latest official w10m update???

Do you mean the production build or insider program build? Can you give more information?

No production build or insider build.
I am on official non insider with latest updated lumia 640 Dual mobile.

Ya but i am making interop tool for making phone more personal but i dont think that makes photos app unstable.

do you mean the photo viewing app, or the camera capture? Also, are your photos on interanl storage or SD card?

photo viewing app,photos stored in sd card.

Could you try removig the SD card and opening photos from onboard storage as a test? SD cards can cause some weird features sometimes.
