Any spreadsheet app that edits offline or Office 365?

Is anybody using an excel or spreadsheet app with offline editing capability on their 520 that works relatively well? Is there a Office 365 app?

Yes it does. To be exact, it allows the editing of .docx, .xlsx, .doc, .xls (not sure about .xls and.doc)and .pptx (text-only) files anytime.
