Any suggestions on why my Nokia Lumia 635 is going straight to voicemail?

Settings > Network+ > Call settings. Check if the option for going to voicemail is turned on

I just had the same issue. I had 'call blocking' on. Un checked it, and all the calls started on again. Hooray!
