Any way to completely reset Time watch? Or any App?

I have a little weird and annoying "problem" with Ativ S.
If I let phone auto detect hours, it sets wrong minutes of about 4-5. For example, 12:50 instead of 12:54 real time as reported here on time.is website

If I manually insert exact time, I can't decide or at least see seconds, so if I put 12:54, the seconds doesn't go to 00, but continues from the previous minutes. So, if seconds was, for example, 55 with previous minutes, the new exact I inserted, changes after only 5 seconds.

Maybe your clocks are 4 -5 minutes behind?

As generally the time is set by your carrier via sim (which is true for some carriers not all)

Best way to verify this is to go to:

GMT: Greenwich Mean Time - World Time / Time in every Time Zone

Windows phone 8.1 now supports the NTP protocol (via the GDR1 update) so the time will correct itself over Wi Fi without the need for a sim:
