Any way to get Custom APN automatically?

On my work we uses something called secure mobile , which is a custom apn, which we make manually. on iPhone I can browse to a mobileconfig file and voila all settings is done. Can WP do something similar?
(backup / restore doesn't save the apn)

I was just researching this and came across your 3+ month old question. I haven't seen any evidence of this feature, but also haven't found anyone confirming it's not possible.

I assume if the feature existed, people would utilizing it in open discussion. So my guess is this is not supported in Windows Phone 8/8.1. Perhaps it will be in Windows 10 Mobile?
