Any way to transfer data/achievements from one profile to another?

I want to "merge" all my local profiles into my Xbox Live profile for better integration with all my Windows systems. How can this be done, if it can at all? Follow up question: is this possible on Xbox One?

I don't think it is. I had to loose some 5k gamer points (all on pc) coz of this. :|
