Anybody having issues with Text Messaging?

Seem to have an issue with text messaging. I can send them out, but several people have tried to send me one, or reply to one of mine and I am not receiving them. Doesn't seem to happen with everyone, but it is the majority of people I've texted recently. Any thoughts??

Verizon has an issue with SMS.

I am on AT&T and one of the people I am able to get texts from is on Verizon... Don't think that is it.
