Anybody successfully gone from a clean Windows Phone 8.1 Install to Build 10149?

is it normal that it didn't migrated apps? after update only preinstalled apps were present

It should've kept your apps from the migration - did you wait until the date and time were shown on the lock screen before touching it after install?
