Anyone else get pushed an 830 update today (AT&T)?

Got home to a big surprise - an update to an unlocked AT&T 830. Ran the update, restarted - hoping it was Windows 10. But it wasn't. Showing OS version: 8.10.15148.160.

Anyone else get this update? What is it for?
