Anyone from USA ordered a VECTOR watch?

So my dad was trying to order one of these last night for my xmas present. They rejected his card, but he was charged three times. Now he is pissed because, well there went all his christmas money.
Anyone from USA ordered them?

was he charged or was a hold placed on the card? there is a difference.

call the bank and see WHY it was rejected. some banks won't do international transactions online without prior permission.

I attempted to but my bank blocked the transaction as possible fraud because it was going thru GB. I ended up getting from Amazon with same day delivery.
