Anyone hear any phone rumors after Microsoft's call with analysts?

Tech sources are saying that on a call with analysts following their earnings report Microsoft said that it expects nothing more than poor performance from the mobile unit in the next quarter. Now there are RUMORS that Windows Phone will be cut loose in June. I'm just hoping to find some information that's even slightly disconnected from the rumor mill.
