Anyone know exchange settings for Gmail?

I set it up properly on my old device, still works on Wifi. Cannot get it to sync on my new device. Password is correct, but I get an error when I attempt to sync. Might have domain or something wrong.

Error 85010020

"It looks like you may be using a Google Apps account that is not setup to Sync with mobile devices. In your web browser on your PC, go to mobile settings for your Google App account, enable Google Sync under service settings and try to Sync again.

But I have it working fine on my old phone (1020 on 8.1.1) and a Nexus 7.
