probably supported by IP CAM Controller

Been using it for years since my lumia 920, great support and it just works. I have been using trendnet security cams with it

Lots of cameras, I only have trendnet that's all. Best bet is to refer to developer site Jerry Huang | IP CAM Controller. I use it on my phone Lumia950XL, w10 machines... it's awesome.
