Anyone know's how to extract XAP/APPX app packages from phone

I just wanna know if someone here knows how to extract a certain app from phone to either XAP/APPX app package, I just wanna extract the stock FM radio app (Radio is very important to me as I live in a 3rd world) from the very first GM build of Windows 10 Mobile (I just got my phone back from the service center and just updated it on Windows 10 that's why I'm still on the first build) in a good deed to host and preserve it some in public repo or something for anyone who wants it back and just sideload it. Yeah I am also I'm tired of Microsoft being too stubborn and removing features it's small users loved.

(and PS: Yeah I know there we're 3rd party FM radio apps, but none of them are really as good and clear as the stock. They even can't play to loudspeaker because of lack of APIs for that on this pathetic platform; atleast that's what the devs says)

I believe one of the apps I have downloaded can actually play to loudspeaker, though you need the headphones connected as an antenna.
