Hi there,
The 822 I got for my mom as her first smartphone seems to have an issue with the rocker button. The up button doesn't "click" like the other buttons (or like the up button on other 822s), although its not sunk in any farther than the others. It just feels springy/spongy when you push, but it's essentially acting like its depressed the entire time, causing boot issues and preventing volume adjustment (basically mute or max). Has anyone else run into this? Has anyone else repaired this issue? I'll probably end up having to send it to Nokia, which is a pain but at least they support their devices.
