Anyone suffering spinning cog when hard reset Lumia Denim?

Okey, maybe this is very old problem for Lumia or maybe WP devices.
But its came back after Lumia Denim update, OTA or Full flash on Lumia Software Recovery Tools. Testing all possible solution, ended with spinning clog more than 1hour.
Black >> no problem
Cyan >> nope
Denim >> every time I try to reset, stuck in spinning clog

Anyone suffering this bug?
Please confirm...
