Anyone Tried Note Taking?

My biggest gripe is only being able to use a capacitive stylus, but I was wondering if anyone has tried taking their surface 2 to class or meetings. Does it work well? Can you write equations without problems? I would like to purchase the surface 2, but I really need a device that can take notes well.

I was just lingering about this. I had a Jot Pro stylus when I had my RT surface (don't have one now for my Surface 2), and to be perfectly honest the inking experience just wasn't that great. I would say that its "passable" in certain situations but its not really a strong element of the RT versions oft he surface by any means. It's a shame too considering adding native stylus support would only greatly enhance their view for the Surface to be the best productivity tablet out there.

Even the iPad's native inking ability with capacitive stylus works better.

And then saw this on the Adonit website. It hurts a little bit; looks like iOS has the inking thing about figured out now...
