Go.With.Me is a safety application. If you are a leasing agent at an apartment complex, a real estate agent, going out on a blind date, hiking or traveling alone, this app can help you.

The app allows you to take a covert photograph, a description of where you are going, and when you are expected to return. If that date/time passes and you haven't canceled your "event," we send out distress signals on your behalf.

The app runs on Windows Phone 8, and is free.

This is great if you're into hiking or a lot of outdoor activities by your self.

My wife actually came up with the basis for the idea. She's a leasing agent for a large apartment complex, so she goes "on tour" of the property and apartments with strangers. She is able to put in which apartments she's going to show, snap a quick photo of the prospect (or his drivers license) and a return time. If she doesn't respond by the time the event expires, I get notified. Luckily, she hasn't had an issue so far, but has used it a few times for some sketchy-looking guys coming to look at apartments. I feel better knowing she's using it.
