I'd like to propose to you what I would to be a complete emergency application, I called it ICE XL. Describing it briefly it allows to select your ICE contacts, set your personal and clinical informations and main feature (in my thoughts) gives you the possibility to set a secondary tile that, when tapped, localize the phone and sets up a sms with the coordinates ready to be sent to your ICE numbers.
