App ID no longer available through the new Windows Store

Now that the new store is live, and we can no longer pull up many apps on Windows Phone.com, it seems to be nearly impossible to come up with the App ID for the apps now.

The App ID is necessary to launch an app through an NFC tag, and I really need to find a workaround to find out what the App ID is for apps.

Does anyone know a way to locate these?
