App keeps crashing

I wonder if anyone can help, I have an app on my phone which opens briefly and then closes, deleting and reinstalling makes no difference, any ideas will be greatly appreciated as it is an app I have paid for.

I would suggest contacting the developer as it is possibly opening a configuration file/contacting a web service etc. on startup and crashing due to an issue there.
