App list not loading

I have a class 10 ,32 gb memory card and installed all my apps in sd card and when i open my mobile the app list is not loading?? Even waited for 2 hours and even i downloaded some apps and then out disappeared from the list . The list is now empty

Are app visible in storage sense??

yes it is there in storage sense but not in app list only downloads are shown

Did you tried soft reset??
Press and hold volume down+power

some of my apps also went invisible like here maps then i hard reset my phone and everything was back to normal (remember to backup settings in the backup settings menu before hard reset)

Can i get my apps in sd card back even when i hard reset my mobile? Like it will install itself?

I have exactly the same problem on my Lumia 620 with 8.1
Os version: 8.10.12382.878 (just recieved this update last week or two weeks ago)

I also bought a new sd card (32gb class 10)
i moved all my apps from my old sd card to memory and then to my new sd.

then the problem started as described by Deepak kumar M. Sometimes just one app but most of the time a black screen.
I don't know if its the sd card or the update but i'm guessing its the update...

I can solve this problem by removing my SD card and reinsert it.
Tip: remove sd card through settings-> storage sense-->sd card-->remove SD card to prevent you phone from scanning and fixing your sd card when you reinstall.

Ya i tried it but removing and inserting shows apps in sd card not office, here, video.. But it too disappeared after some time but the way i solved is a hard reset

I just had that problem for the first time today. Here drive + was unavailable. I 'solved' it by reinstalling the app.
Just a quick question, does a hard reset require reinstalling apps or reinitialize settings such as userid and password?
