App store very slow (UK)

Hi,

I'm having some issues with the app store this evening and I'm not sure if it is just me or a wider issue. My internet is working fine and I can browse pages and everything is normal however if I go to the app store then whilst I can search for apps, downloading them never seems to happen, everything just happens.

I also had an issue before when my app store app wouldn't open but a lengthy reboot of the device resolved that one.

Any one else having issues? Or if not does anyone have an ideas as to what it may be?

I have had it say to that my internet is to slow, yet everything else is running fine.

Install apps from a computer?
Try a soft reset?

Hi,

Yes it's only the Windows store app install that has the issues. Odd.

However a restart of the machine appears to have resolved it and everything else is working well.
