App that lets you secure your messages?

Regarding privacy concerns, is there an app in the Windows Store that lets you input a password in order to access your messages?

If none, is there, at least, a way for your message to not be seen in preview (only name is seen, not with message) whenever a new message notification is activateD?

Nope, the OS doesnt allow the kind of access you would need for this kind of app. And there's no way to do your second request either, best solution for that is to disable the banner for SMS messages in the action center.
