App that show ms current power draw

Is there an app out right now that will show me how much current my Lumia 920 is pulling while charging? Like the current widget for android phones?

I don't recall ever seeing one, not sure if there's an API for accessing that info or not currently. Maybe a dev who knows the API elements better could chime in.

Do you know what language is used to write windows phone apps?

C# & XAML, C++ & DirectX, or a mixture of the two. Or VB.NET (lol)
