App updates

Installed the latest preview build (fast ring) on my 950, did a hard reset and all apps installed. Now the store won't check for updates. Anyone else having this problem?

try a soft reset and check again

I had this on my Lumia 650 and 535 after updating to Redstone 14356.1000.
Basically you now have the updated Windows Store.
Mine resolved itself after about a day or so.
I would just wait.
