App 'Xeye free' is force close

Hello friends.
My app Xeye free, a cam app, is closing itself when I try to access the private album. Anyone else had this same problem?
I open the app, and after entering the password the private album closes the application. I can not reinstall the application, because I have many important recordings on the album, which obviously is not available in the albums of the WP media.

Anyone else had this same problem? :crying:

i have the same problem. is there a way to get the data directly from SD card ?
