AppFlow App says 140,011 WP apps!

Just the other day there was an article about WP was over 130k apps? Which is true? I woke up today, looked at phone to see AppFlow live tile says there's now 140,011 apps for Windows Phone!

140k sounds about right, 130k was little low I thought.

Does 10k apps make a difference?

One could only hope. I just checked AppFlow app again it now says 141,042 apps wow that was a quick 1000 apps for Windows Phone!

The number of important apps that aren't on Windows Phone is probably barely in the hundreds. The total app count is nothing but a misleading statistic that the market leaders can utilise.
